My name is Adi and I write this blog, aiming to make it your go-to source for a daily dose of all things sports, fitness, and well-being! Sports has been an integral part of my life, and I have spent the last two decades exploring this aspect very closely, both as an amateur athlete and as an enabler of the ecosystem.
I love exploring the Himalayas and my training as an endurance athlete has been fundamental in facilitating this passion. I have also guided people on various treks & mountaineering expeditions (as a founder of an adventure tour company) and thereafter through various aisles at Decathlon stores as a sports retailer. During my journey as an entrepreneurial adventurer and then as a sports retailer both, I have had the good fortune of organising many sports events varying in scale from a few hundred to a few thousand participants. Ergo, about two decades of being an amateur athlete and an enabler of the sports ecosystem.
With all this time spent and experience gained, I only feel compelled to share what I have learnt and throw some light on an otherwise ignored ecosystem that draws a parallel to P.E. classes we had back in school, there but not there.
